No score, The Handover Map™ team diagnostic maps the room

The Handover Map is the Remote Control System™ team diagnostic. Everyone on the team answers the same 24 questions about moments that happen in your meetings, your threads and your work on a regular basis. No one is scored. The Handover Map shows which of the 6 buttons press on the room most, and how early the room catches it.

From readers of The Book, Who Has Your Remote Control?

Teams who now share the 10 buttons

“I finished this book in two sittings and started the workbook that same week. My team immediately noticed the difference. The entire team started to adopt the Remote Control System™ as their shared language. I’ve since rolled out the Remote Control System™ to my entire department.”

Head of Operations, healthcare sector

“I gave this book to my entire team for the Remote Control System™ framework and buttons to use as a shared vocabulary for things we were all experiencing and yet could not name.”

Head of People & Culture

“I’ve read dozens of books about leadership under pressure. Most describe the problem well. The Remote Control System™ gives you agency ‘in the moment’. The Settings Button alone changed how I walk into difficult conversations. The Pause Button has changed how I show up in each area of my life.”

Leadership Consultant, 18 years in organisational development
